The second phase of development started in April 2026, the infrastructure for sewer, water, and other utilities will be fully installed by August.

To accurately demarcate each plot, stakes have been placed at all four corners. These stakes serve as the definitive boundaries of each property, should there be any discrepancies with the images or the plat map.
