1st Addition

The first phase of development has been completed and is now open for construction. Started in mid-2023, the infrastructure for sewer, water, and other utilities was fully installed by December. The city confirmed the completion of this work in February, leading to the official launch for sales in March 2024.

To accurately demarcate each plot, stakes have been placed at all four corners. These stakes serve as the definitive boundaries of each property, should there be any discrepancies with the images or the plat map.
